Thai Iced Tea
A strong creamy tea, often drunk at Thai restaurants; this popular drink is surprisingly easy to recreate at home. The vanilla notes of Earl Grey CrÃƒÂ¨me Tea, creamy undertones of Toasted Coconut Sugar, and added spices make the perfect flavorful and refreshing treat.
8 tsp. Earl Grey Crème Tea
6 Star Anise , divided
1 Cardamom - Green Pod , smashed
2 Cloves - Whole
½ cup Toasted Coconut Sugar
1 tsp. Espresso Sugar (optional garnish)
½ cup half and half
(other options: coconut, whole, or sweetened condensed milk)
FILL four beverage glasses with ice. Pour in the steeped tea, leaving enough room for your desired amount of half and half.
*For an 8 oz. glass of tea, we prefer about 2 Tbsp. of half and half.
