A light and refreshing salsa great for party appetizers, a pool-side snack, or a quick bite! Shrimp, tomatoes, avocado, and mango pair with the flavors of salt & pepper, garlic, and cilantro for this delicious (and quick to make) Summer Shrimp Salsa.
From The Spice & Tea Exchange®1 TBS (or to taste) 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend2 TBS (or to taste) Lime Frost Sea Salt1 TBS Garlic - Granulated (or 4 cloves fresh, minced)1 tsp Cilantro (or 1 TBS fresh, finely chopped)
From the Grocer1 lb cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp, roughly chopped4 medium tomatoes, diced½ medium red onion, diced1 bell pepper, diced (try ½ a green & ½ a yellow for vivid color)1 avocado, diced1 mango, diced2 limes, juiced (about ¼ cup of juice)2 lemons, juiced (about 6 TBS of juice)
MIX all ingredients thoroughly.COVER and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hrs (or overnight) to allow flavors to deepen. Re-season to taste.
