Slow Cooker Spiced Ham

¼ cup Spiced Ham Seasoning
1 ½ Tbsp. Horseradish Powder
From the Grocer
5-7 lb pre-cooked ham (bone-in)
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 cans cola soda
½ cup butter (optional sauce)
½ cup flour (optional sauce)
COVER and cook on low for 7-8 hrs. Verify that the ham has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from slow cooker. Slice and serve.
MELT ½ cup butter in a large saucepan. Add ½ cup flour and whisk for one minute. Strain the ham drippings from the slow cooker. Take about ½ cup of the drippings and pour into the flour mixture, whisking vigorously. Continue to whisk and slowly pour in the remaining ham drippings. Cook on medium for about 10 mins. (or until sauce is of desired thickness).
