SPRAY the inside of a 6-qt slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the ham inside of the slow cooker and pour 1/2 can of the cola over top. Sprinkle with TSTE® Spiced Ham Seasoning, brown sugar, and TSTE® Horseradish Powder. Pour the remaining 1½ cans of cola over top of the ham.
COVER and cook on low for 7-8 hrs. Verify that the ham has reached an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from slow cooker. Slice and serve.
MELT ½ cup butter in a large saucepan. Add ½ cup flour and whisk for one minute. Strain the ham drippings from the slow cooker. Take about ½ cup of the drippings and pour into the flour mixture, whisking vigorously. Continue to whisk and slowly pour in the remaining ham drippings. Cook on medium for about 10 mins (or until sauce is of desired thickness).
