1 cup Parmesan Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F.
SPRAY non-stick muffin tin with non-stick spray.
PRESS extra moisture out of potatoes with a towel.
MIX Parsley, Black Truffle Sea Salt, Onion Obsession and Parmesan Cheese together with the potatoes. Mix until potatoes are coated with spices and cheese.
SCOOP potato mixture into muffin tin.
BAKE 45 minutes at 400 F until crispy.
