1 TBS Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend
1 TBS Light Chili Powder
8 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
16 oz (1 lb) bacon
PREHEAT a grill to medium heat.
USE two slices of bacon (overlapping on one end) to wrap one ear of corn from one end to the other.
MIX Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Light Chili Powder and sprinkle evenly over the ears of bacon wrapped corn. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place on the heated grill.
GRILL ears of corn for 15-30 mins (or until bacon is fully cooked and somewhat crispy), turning every 5 mins.
REMOVE foil and serve.
*For smaller portions (pictured on front of the card), cut corn ears in half prior to wrapping. Wrap one slice of bacon per half. Proceed with recipe as directed.
