PREHEAT a grill to medium heat.
USE two slices of bacon (overlapping on one end) to wrap one ear of corn from one end to the other.
MIX TSTE® Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and TSTE® Light Chili Powder and sprinkle evenly over the ears of bacon wrapped corn. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place on the heated grill.
GRILL ears of corn for 15-30 mins (or until bacon is fully cooked and somewhat crispy), turning every 5 mins.
REMOVE foil and serve.
*For smaller portions (pictured on front of the card), cut corn ears in half prior to wrapping. Wrap one slice of bacon per half. Proceed with recipe as directed.
