Bought some of this before, it was great with chicken and rice.

TOO SALTY
Grew up in a half Palestinian household, have tried a lot of brands of zaatar, including ones from Oman, Jordan, Palestine and Egypt. The dominant flavor shouldn't be salt. I suppose this would work as a spice blend for cooking like garlic salt or something, but for traditional zate and zaatar, this ain't it

TASTY BLEND
A simple blend of spices that tastes wonderful tossed and roasted with a splash of olive oil for winter vegetables such as potatoes, squash, carrots, parsnips, onions.
