Tangy Carolina Pickle Slaw

1 Tbsp. Sweet Habanero Sugar
1 Tbsp. Celery Seed
1 Tbsp. Carolina BBQ Rub Spice Blend
1 Tbsp. Honey – Granulated
1 Tbsp. Fleur de Sel Sea Salt
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 lbs chopped fresh red and green cabbage or bag of slaw blend
COMBINE all ingredients (except the cabbage/slaw) and bring to simmer, stirring to dissolve sugar.

POUR hot mixture over cabbage or slaw blend, cover, and refrigerate overnight (12 hrs or more is perfect).
