Dark Cocoa
6 to 7 cups popped popcorn
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp Dark Cocoa Sugar
kosher salt, to taste

6 to 7 cups popped popcorn

Apple Cinnamon
6 to 7 cups popped popcorn
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp Apple Cinnamon Crisp Sugar
¼ tsp Cinnamon - Ceylon Ground
kosher salt, to taste

For each variety: add popcorn to a large bowl.
On stovetop, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add sugar (and spice, if applicable) and increase heat to medium-low. Stir continuously until most (if not all) of the sugar has dissolved, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drizzle over popcorn and mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Season with kosher salt to taste.
