Fine Restaurant Inspired Flavors

Received it as a gift and coming back for more. Really great rubbed on fresh tuna steaks before they hit the grill. Nicely balanced flavor pairs perfectly with the tuna cooked very rare to medium rare. The sesame seeds add delicious crunch and flavor to this Asian inspired blend.

FANTASTIC BLEND

I have been buying this for years, it's amazing on tuna! I sear tuna with this for salads, and for pesto gnocchi. I highly recommend. The only challenge is not letting the spices settle, then come out disproportionately (sesame first, powered spices last).

WE LOVE THIS ON GRILLED TUNA!

We have been using this product on Tuna Steaks for years. We love it. Company always loves it, too. We put it on the sides of the steaks. It produces a beautiful, delicious crust. Whenever I am in a town with a shop we stock up. And of course we always buy other spices as well!
