Marinades Trio: Chimi Chili
6 oz vegetable or olive oil
2 oz red wine vinegar 2 oz orange juice
2 Tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Adobo Spice Blend
1 Tbsp Matanzas Chili Spice Blend
1 Tbsp Golden Monk Fruit
2 oz red wine vinegar 2 oz orange juice
2 Tbsp Chimichurri Spice Blend
2 Tbsp Adobo Spice Blend
1 Tbsp Matanzas Chili Spice Blend
1 Tbsp Golden Monk Fruit
Combine ingredients by whisking, blending, or shaking in a mason jar. For best results, prepare marinade a minimum of one hour before adding protein to allow spices and seasonings to rehydrate. Refrigerate food while marinating. Discard marinade after use.
