It is the perfect blend of seasoning for salmon!
I combine 1 tbs of the grilled fish spice blend with 4 tbs melted butter, 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tbs of brown sugar, baste of salmon fillet and bake.

FABULOUS!
This spice is excellent on Salmon or Cod. I just add lemon slices and then grill.

GRILLED FISH BLEND
I have searched in earnest for another grilled fish blend that is equal to or better but failed. Not because of cost or distance from my home state, but because I just wanted to know. The combination in this blend surpasses all.
