NOT USUALLY A CURRY FAN

My daughter in law bought this for me. I'm not really a curry fan or I should say I didn't used to be. I followed another reviewers recipe and I am hooked. It is so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Absolutely delicious.

LOVELY CURRY BLEND

I used a 1oz bag with a single can of coconut milk, 1lb. of chicken, and vegetables to make a mild and tasty coconut curry. I would like to have had more of the spice for this recipe as I prefer a strong curry sauce, but that just means I need to by more next time. Yummmmmm!

LOVED IT!

I mixed it with a can of coconut milk and made a vegetable curry with jasmine rice. Loved it! Fast, easy dinner. Awesome flavor. Just added a little salt.

PERFECT FOR ASIAN AND CARIBBEAN DISHES

I love this blend. I use it on most of my Asian and Caribbean dishes mixed with coconut milk. For a little more heat, I just add a bit of curry. Don't change a thing.

I used in Tom Kha, a dish I thought I had perfected. Well, this addition took it to the next level! Looking forward to adding into my coconut ramen dish.

WONDERFUL FLAVOR!

The flavor of this spice is amazing!I have used this for Mahi baked in Coonut milk with this spice some garlic and fresh ginger and served over mashed potatoes or rice Also makes a wonderful Thai soup with broccoli carrots Ramen noodles and chicken broth. Add some shredded chicken or tofu!

EVEN WONDERFUL ON POPCORN!

I use this spice so much! It's Wonderful on Proteins, especially Chicken or Shrimp, even better on veggies and add a little coconut milk with this seasoning to rice, it's heaven! My favorite use is on popcorn, though!
