COCONUT THAI CHICKEN KIT ~ FABULOUS!

I picked up this recipe kit on a whim while getting some tea. Fixed this simple recipe one evening, adding broccoli, mushrooms and red pepper to up the veggies. Browned the chicken in a cast iron skillet then add red to the vegetables and served over rice. Boom! I am ordering the Coconut Thai blend and Vic's garlic blend so I can fix often. Absolutely amazing!
