1 pkg Mulling Mix Spice Blend
Salted Caramel Sugar (to taste)
Star Anise (optional garnish)

64 oz (1/2 gal) apple cider
1.5 qt vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream
Caramel topping

Preparation

MULL apple cider and Mulling Mix Spice Blend in a slow cooker on low for one hour. Sample and continue mulling if a stronger flavor is desired.
ADD a scoop of ice cream into four tall glass cups.
POUR one cup of mulled cider into each over the ice cream.
TOP with whipped cream and caramel topping.
SPRINKLE with Salted Caramel Sugar.

Serving Suggestion:
GARNISH each glass with a Star Anise.
