PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
COMBINE biscuit mix, Cheddar Cheese Powder, and Beer Powder in medium bowl. Add milk and cheese. Stir until uniform. Let rise ten mins.
MELT butter in tiny bowl and mix in Vik’s Garlic Fix!
DROP biscuits by heaping spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Dough should yield about 12 biscuits.
BRUSH each biscuit with garlic butter mixture.
SPRINKLE Sweet Onion Sugar on each biscuit, pressing it in gently so it sticks.
BAKE 8-10 mins until golden brown.
BRUSH each biscuit with garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with more Sweet Onion Sugar. Serve hot!
