Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls
Looking for a quick, healthy meal that’s ready when you get home from work? Just sauté a couple items in the morning, add ingredients to a slow cooker, and stir in extra flavor using TSTE®Ã‚® Cajun Spice Blend and TSTE®Ã‚® Cumin - Ground. Then allow to cook and serve!

2 tsp. Himalayan Fine Mineral Salt
1 tsp. 4 Peppercorn Spice Blend
2 Tbsp. Cajun Spice Blend
1 tsp. Cumin - Ground
2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)
1 small head green cabbage, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 cup water
ADD Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and onions to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent. Set aside. Brown ground beef in the skillet. Drain.
ADD onions, ground beef, and all remaining ingredients to a slow cooker.
COOK on high for 4 hrs or low for 6-8 hrs.
ALLOW to cool slightly before serving. Serve as-is or over Garden Harvest Orzo Blend garnished with Chives (as pictured).
