From the Grocer1 large yellow onion, chopped2 lbs ground beef (or turkey)1 small head green cabbage, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced2 - 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)1 - 6 oz can tomato paste1 cup water
HEAT a large skillet over medium-high heat.ADD TSTE® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and onions to the skillet and cook until the onions are translucent. Set aside. Brown ground beef in the skillet. Drain.ADD onions, ground beef, and all remaining ingredients to a slow cooker.COOK on high for 4 hrs or low for 6-8 hrs.ALLOW to cool slightly before serving. Serve as-is or over TSTE® Garden Harvest Orzo Blend garnished with TSTE® Chives (as pictured).
