¼ cup Ultimate Umami Seasoning, divided
2 TBS Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tsp Black Truffle Sea Salt
From the Grocer
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Lime juice, squeeze
4 sweet potatoes, peeled & sliced into fries
1 lb ground beef
4 hamburger buns
1 bunch green leaf lettuce
Roasted red pepper
1 avocado, sliced
1 block asiago cheese, thinly sliced
2 red onions, thinly sliced and caramelized
PREHEAT the oven to 425°F.
MIX mayonnaise, 1 TBS Ultimate Umami Seasoning, and a squeeze of lime juice. Cover and refrigerate.
DRIZZLE sweet potatoes with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Spread evenly across a non-stick baking pan. Bake until the fries are tender and have a light brown finish (about 20 mins), flipping halfway through. Sprinkle with Black Truffle Sea Salt. Allow to cool slightly.
MEANWHILE, preheat a grill to medium heat.
MIX remaining 3 TBS Ultimate Umami Seasoning with the ground beef. Form into four patties. Press to create a slight
indentation in the center of each.
GRILL the burgers for 3 mins or until golden brown on the first side. Flip and cook until golden brown and slightly charred on the second side (about 4 mins) or until internal temperature reaches 160?F.
WHILE burgers cook, toast the inside of each hamburger bun half and then spread with umami mayonnaise.
COVER each bun with lettuce, roasted red pepper, avocado, asiago cheese, the burger, and a pile of onions.
SERVE with a side of sweet potato fries.
