    PREHEAT the oven to 350°F.
    COMBINE yogurt, Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend, and tomatoes. Puree in food processor.
    SEAR chicken pieces in a frying pan
    ADD seared chicken to an oven-safe dish. Cover with sauce.
    BAKE for 45 mins. or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
    SERVE with naan bread or on top of Garden Harvest Orzo Blend.
