Tandoori Tikka Chicken
Create homemade Tandoori Tikka Chicken with this simple recipe! While the dish is not cooked on skewers in a clay oven (as traditional tikka chicken is), an all-encompassing spice blend, TSTE®Ã‚® Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend, provides this dish with classic Indian flavors—no clay oven necessary!

2 tsp. Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend
1 large can peeled tomatoes (28 oz.)
4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
PREHEAT the oven to 350°F.
COMBINE yogurt, Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend, and tomatoes. Puree in food processor.
SEAR chicken pieces in a frying pan
ADD seared chicken to an oven-safe dish. Cover with sauce.
BAKE for 45 mins. or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
SERVE with naan bread or on top of rice or orzo.
