2 tsp TSTE® Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend
TSTE® Garden Harvest Orzo Blend (optional)

From the Grocer
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 large can peeled tomatoes (28 oz)
4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed

Preparation

PREHEAT the oven to 350°F.
COMBINE yogurt, TSTE® Tandoori Roasting Spice Blend, and tomatoes. Puree in food processor.
SEAR chicken pieces in a frying pan
ADD seared chicken to an oven-safe dish. Cover with sauce.
BAKE for 45 mins or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
SERVE with naan bread or on top of TSTE® Garden Harvest Orzo Blend
