LAYER sliced vegetables into jars. Add 1 Bird's Eye Chile Pepper and 1 Bay Leaves Hand Selected to each jar.
BRING vinegars, mirin, sugar, Lemon Sugar, Mustard - Yellow Seed, Ras el Hanout Spice Blend, Pickling Spice Seasoning and Sriracha Sea Salt to a simmer and stir to dissolve sugars.
POUR mixture over vegetables in jars and seal.
COOL to room temperature then refrigerate overnight.
KEEPS beautifully for a week!
