2 Bird's Eye Chile Pepper
2 Bay Leaves Hand Selected
1 tsp Lemon Sugar
2 tsp Mustard - Yellow Seed
1 tsp Ras el Hanout Spice Blend
½ tsp Pickling Spice Seasoning
1 tsp Sriracha Sea Salt

From the Grocer
2 or 3 pint sized jars
5-6 small cucumbers, ½ inch slices
1-2 small golden squash, ½ inch slices
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup rice wine vinegar
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup mirin
1 cup sugar

Preparation

LAYER sliced vegetables into jars. Add 1 Bird's Eye Chile Pepper and 1 Bay Leaves Hand Selected to each jar.
BRING vinegars, mirin, sugar, Lemon Sugar, Mustard - Yellow Seed, Ras el Hanout Spice Blend, Pickling Spice Seasoning and Sriracha Sea Salt to a simmer and stir to dissolve sugars.
POUR mixture over vegetables in jars and seal.
COOL to room temperature then refrigerate overnight.
KEEPS beautifully for a week!
