Who knew the tropics could get this HOT?! Add some sizzle to your summer with this spicy pineapple matcha margarita! An exotic & exciting favorite for sipping beach-side, this cocktail’s heat is undeniable.
From The Spice & Tea Exchange®1 tsp White Tropical Tea1 tsp Matcha3 TBS Lime Frost Sea Salt (optional drink rimmer)
From the Grocer12 oz filtered water1 TBS honey4 oz lime juice8 oz pineapple juice8 oz tequila1 jalapeno, sliced2 limes, sliced (optional garnish)1 pineapple, sliced (optional garnish)
Preparation:HEAT filtered water to 175°F. Steep White Tropical Tea for 2 mins. Strain. Stir in honey until dissolved. Set aside for a couple mins and then refrigerate until cool.ADD lime juice, pineapple juice, tequila, cooled tea, and Matcha into a large cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously.
Serving Suggestion:RIM four margarita glasses with Lime Frost Sea Salt. Fill with ice. Pour margaritas into each glass and add 1-3 jalapeno slices (depending on desired level of heat). Garnish with lime and/or pineapple slices.
