This toasty cocktail appeals to all sorts of flavor palates. A mixture of hot spicy cocoa and caramelized bacon, this cocktail is the perfect drink to sip on a cool evening.
From TSTETSTE® Salted Caramel Sugar (to taste)TSTE® Habanero Sugar (to taste)1 cup TSTE® Spiced Cocoa Mix Spice Blend
From the Grocer1 lb bacon (2 pieces per drink)4 cups whole milk6 oz tequilaWhipped cream
PREHEAT oven to 400°F.PLACE bacon on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.SPRINKLE a thin layer of TSTE® Salted Caramel Sugar & TSTE® Habanero Sugar on top of the bacon and bake in oven at 400°F (about 14-15 mins) or until crispy.HEAT 4 cups whole milk and 4 cups water in a saucepan over medium heat, just until hot. Whisk in TSTE® Spiced Cocoa Mix Spice Blend and then stir in 6 oz tequila.DIVIDE evenly amongst 4 large mugs.
Serving Suggestion:TOP each with whipped cream and add two slices of caramelized bacon.
