2 Tbsp. Black Chocolate Tea2 tsp. Peppermint Patty Sugar (optional garnish) 6 oz. vodka1 ½ oz. Crème de Menthe1 ½ oz. Crème de Cacao3 oz. vodka

To make Spiced Berry MarTEAni
HEAT filtered water to 212°F. Steep Berry Bouquet Herbal Tea, Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea, and Cinnamon Chunk - Korintje together for 5 mins. Strain.
ADD Raspberry Sugar and stir until fully dissolved. Set aside until cooled.
ADD tea mixture and vodka into a shaker. Fill with ice. Shake and strain into two martini glasses.
To make Peppermint Patty MarTEAni
INFUSE vodka with Black Chocolate Tea, allowing the mixture to sit for 4-5 hours. Strain (should yield about 4 oz. of tea-infused vodka).ADD tea-infused vodka, Crème de Menthe, and Crème de Cacao with ice into a shaker. Shake thoroughly and strain.RIM two martini glasses with Peppermint Patty Sugar. Fill with prepared drink.For a festive and delicious red and green combination, rim two martini glasses with Raspberry Sugar & Peppermint Patty Sugar. Fill with prepared drink. Garnish each martini glass with a Cinnamon Stick - Korintje.
