Spiced Apple Cider
Hot or cold, spiked or as a mocktail, this spiced apple cider is a great beverage to satisfy your fall flavor cravings. Delicious and perfectly spiced, it’s sure to warm you up this holiday season!

2 Tbsp. Spiced Ruby Cider Herbal Tea
Cinnamon Stick - Korintje (one per glass, optional garnish)
From the Grocer
12 oz apple juice
¾ cup high quality bourbon
1 orange, zest peeled and held for garnish, then thinly slice orange
HEAT apple juice in a small saucepan until steaming hot. Remove from heat.
ADD Spiced Ruby Cider Herbal Tea and steep for 5 mins, or to taste.
USING a sieve, strain cider into two mugs. Discard tea. Stop here and serve as a hot mulled cider.
ADD bourbon, if desired.
For Cold Spiced Apple Cider:
POUR prepared cider into glass pitcher and place in refrigerator to chill. Once chilled, add orange slices and serve over ice.
GARNISH with an orange peel and optional Cinnamon Stick - Korintje.
