    ½ butternut squash, cubed 1" pieces (approx. 2 cups)
    1 lb center cut pork chops, cubed (or protein of choice)
    1 lb asparagus spears

    PREPARE a baking tray with olive oil spray, parchment, or a non-stick mat.
    ADD butternut squash and pork to the tray. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Aleppo Pepper Crushed. Toss lightly to coat.
    BAKE pork and squash for 15 mins. at 375°F.
    MEANWHILE, coat asparagus spears with 1 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Onion Obsession Spice Blend. Toss lightly to coat.
    REMOVE tray from oven and add seasoned asparagus. Return to oven for 10-12 mins. (or until asparagus is tender).
    Mix things up: Swap squash for zucchini or onion wedges, or asparagus for green beans. Try different proteins! Substitute 1 lb of turkey tenderloin or 1 lb chicken breast if desired.
