Tired of buying a quart of buttermilk when you only really need a small amount? This powdered version provides an easy and convenient way to enhance baked goods, dressings, and dips. Simply mix in with your dry ingredients or reconstitute first.
Instructions for Use: To replace liquid buttermilk, use 1 Tbsp of Buttermilk Powder per 3 fl oz. of water. Add 1 tbs to your favorite pancake mix, biscuits or pound cake!
