    2 Bay Leaves
    1 Cinnamon Stick - Korintje
    2 ½ Tbsp. Garam Masala Spice Blend
    ½ Tbsp. Turmeric
    ½ Tbsp. Light Chili Powder
    2 potatoes
    ½ head of cauliflower
    ½ red bell pepper
    ½ green bell pepper
    1 cup peas
    6 green beans
    ½ cup broccoli
    7 pieces Paneer (or sub Indian Tofu)
    5 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    2 green chiles, split in half
    1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
    ½ cup plain yogurt

    4 servings
    CHOP all vegetables and paneer into fine pieces.
    IN a medium saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, then add vegetables and paneer to saucepan and stir fry until done. Set
    aside in a bowl.
    IN the same saucepan, heat 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil. Add Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick "“ Korintje, green chiles, and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry until brown.
    ADD yogurt and fried vegetables. Stir and cook for 2 mins.
    ADD Garam Masala Spice Blend, Turmeric and Light Chili Powder. Cook for 7 additional mins. to allow flavors to combine.
    SERVE over rice with a warm side of naan.
