Summary

    Herbal Tea-Infused Vodka
    1 oz Mango Tango Herbal Tea
    12 oz middle shelf vodka
    Mango Simple Syrup
    4.5 oz Mango Sugar
    4.5 oz water


    Hibiscus Tea
    1 Tbsp Hibiscus Flower – Cut & Sifted
    8 oz water at 200°F


    Cocktail
    1 to 1½ oz herbal tea-infused vodka
    ½ oz mango simple syrup
    3 oz pineapple juice
    1 tsp fresh lime juice
    1 oz brewed hibiscus tea, chilled

    Infuse Vodka

    Combine herbal tea and vodka. Cover and steep at room temperature for a minimum of one hour or up to overnight. Strain and discard tea solids. Refrigerate until ready to use.


    Prepare Simple Syrup

    Add sugar and water to a small saucepan. Heat on medium-low until sugar has fully dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.


    Prepare Hibiscus Tea

    Steep hibiscus in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and discard flowers. Refrigerate until ready to use.


    Assemble Cocktail

    Combine infused vodka, simple syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice; secure and shake to combine. Transfer mixture (with ice) to a serving glass. Top with fresh ice, then hibiscus tea.
