2 Tbsp. Buffalo Bleu Dip Spice Blend
8 ct. beef franks
8 ct. hot dog buns
1 1/3 cup Frank’s red-hot sauce
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Salt, to taste
½ cup of celery stalk, chopped
¼ cup bleu cheese, crumbled
¼ cup of green onions, sliced
COOK hot dogs as desired. If grilling, cook hot dogs on the cooler side of the grill so that they do not overcook, one minute on each side. Place cooked dogs in buns on platter.
IN a saucepan over medium heat, combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, and Buffalo Bleu Dip Spice Blend.
WHISK as often as the butter melts and allow the mixture to come to a simmer. Once the sauce comes to a simmer, remove the pan from the heat.
ALLOW the sauce to cool slightly. Add a dash of salt, to taste.
ADD additional toppings to hot dogs such as chopped celery, crumbled blue cheese, and green onions.
Drizzle Buffalo Bleu Hot Sauce on top of hot dogs, serve immediately.
