    PREHEAT oven to 375°F. 

    LINE cookie sheet with parchment paper.

    On floured surface, CUT dough into fourths, then each into 3 long noodles. 

    PULL noodles to 12 inches long. 

    COMBINE Ginger Sugar, Cinnamon Sugar, and Salted Caramel Sugar into bowl.  MIX egg and 1 tablespoon water into a separate bowl. 

    DRAG each noodle through egg wash, then sugar mix, and place on lined cookie sheet. 

     

    To Create Bunny Braids:

    FOLD dough rope in half, and loosely twist twice. This will be the body of the bunny. Leave ends longer for the bunny ears, angled up for ears.

    PLACE on cookie sheet.

    REPEAT with remaining.

    SPRINKLE remaining sugar on braids. 

    BAKE 10-12 minutes at 375°F until slightly golden. 

    REMOVE to wire rack immediately.
