1 ½ tsp. Baker’s Spice Blend
1 Tbsp. Spiced Autumn Pear Tea
½ tsp. Madagascar Vanilla Extract
From the Grocer
1 diced pear
Honey, optional garnish
½ cup milk
½ cup rolled oats
PREHEAT oven to 350° degrees.
SLICE pear in half and scoop out seeds using a melon ball scooper.
DRIZZLE honey and ½ tsp. Baker’s Spice Blend on pear halves and place in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
BRING milk to a simmer in a saucepan.
STEEP Spiced Autumn Pear Tea in milk and let it infuse for 5 minutes. Strain tea and discard.
POUR milk into a separate bowl with rolled oats.
ADD remaining Baker’s Spice Blend and Madagascar Vanilla Extract to bowl and place in microwave for 3 minutes.
ADD pear to oatmeal bowl and sprinkle with additional Baker’s Spice Blend.
