Black Truffle Garlic French Fries
Create brewpub inspired French fries using our Black Truffle Garlic Seasoning and Rustic Garden Ranch Spice Blend! A combination of black truffle, garlic, Greek oregano and parsley turn traditional French fries into savory, herby and garlick- filled French fries.
From The Spice & Tea Exchange:
1 Tbsp. Black Truffle Garlic Seasoning
4 tsp. Rustic Garden Ranch Spice Blend
From The Grocer:
3-4 Russet potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1-2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
½ cup Buttermilk
½ cup Mayonnaise
WASH and cut potatoes into thin slices, 1 inch slices.
TOSS fries with olive oil, Black Truffle Garlic Seasoning and parmesan cheese.
BAKE at 425° oven for 45 minutes or until fries are golden brown.
LET cool and sprinkle more Black Truffle Garlic Seasoning and parmesan cheese.
To make Rustic Ranch Dressing:
ADD Rustic Garden Ranch Spice Blend to ½ cup each of buttermilk and mayonnaise. Mix until well combine and serve immediately. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.

Soak the sliced potatoes in icy cold water for 30 min before baking, it reduces the starch and makes them crispier. Make sure to pat them dry using a dish towel to remove any excess moisture.
