Adobo Pork Bake
Meal planning doesnÃ¢Â€Â™t have to be a chore! This easy, nutritious sheet pan recipe is perfect for a busy week. Adobo Spice Blend adds a salty, citrus twist, while California Spice Blend adds herbal touches. Mix up the ingredients to make the most of your adobo bake.
1½ Tbsp. Adobo Spice Blend
2 tsp. Dark Chili Powder
1 Tbsp. California Spice Blend
1 lb center cut pork chops, cubed (or protein of choice)
2 zucchini, cut into large quarters
ADD prepared sweet potatoes and pork to the tray, then separately add zucchini to the opposite end (keep separate for seasoning).
DRIZZLE all ingredients with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
SPRINKLE Adobo Spice Blend and Dark Chili Powder on potatoes and pork. Toss lightly to coat.
SPRINKLE zucchini with California Spice Blend and toss.
BAKE at 375°F for 20-25 mins.
