2 Tbsp Cocoa - Natural
1¼ cups powdered sugar, divided
¼ cup bourbon whiskey
2 Tbsp Vanilla Honey
2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp Graham Cracker Sugar
In a medium bowl, sift together cocoa and 1 cup powdered sugar; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine bourbon and honey and add to the cocoa mixture.
Stir in vanilla wafers and pecans, mixing until thoroughly combined. Shape the
mixture into ¾-inch balls.
Combine Graham Cracker Sugar with the remaining ¼ cup of powdered sugar.
Roll each ball in the sugar mixture to coat.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. For best results, prepare and refrigerate 2 to 3 days prior to serving to allow flavors to develop.
Total Time: 50 minutes (including chill time)
Yield: 17 to 19 balls
