Garlic Balsamic Chicken Bake
Meal planning doesn't have to be a chore! This easy, nutritious sheet pan recipe is perfect for a busy week. Tuscany Spice Blend adds robust garlic flavor, while Onion Obsession gives an herbal twist. Mix up the ingredients to make the most of your balsamic bake.
1 ½ Tbsp. Onion Obsession Spice Blend
½ Tbsp. Tuscany Spice Blend
4 carrots, cut into 1-inch slices and quartered (about 2 cups)
1 lb of chicken breast, cubed (or protein of choice)
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
ADD Brussels sprouts, carrots, and chicken to the tray.
DRIZZLE with balsamic vinegar and Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
SPRINKLE all ingredients with Onion Obsession Spice Blend.
ADD Tuscany Spice Blend atop meat only.
TOSS ingredients lightly until well coated.
BAKE, covered with foil, at 375°F for 25 mins. Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 mins.
