4 Tbsp. Blood Orange Smoothie Herbal Tea
1.5 oz. of Florida Sunshine Sugar
6 oz. gin
Zest from one blood orange
1 lime wedge, + juice from 4 lime wedges
1 cup of ice
8 oz. blood orange juice (about 4 oranges)
12 oz. ginger beer

IN A BOWL, infuse Blood Orange Smoothie Herbal Tea with gin.
LET steep for 15 mins. Strain alcohol into a small glass. Discard herbal tea.
COMBINE Florida Sunshine Sugar and zest from blood orange in a shallow dish.
RUN a lime wedge over the rim of four medium glasses, then dip each glass in the sugar mixture. Set aside.
IN A SHAKER, combine 1 cup of ice with 2 oz. blood orange juice, 1.5 oz. infused gin, and the juice of one lime wedge. Shake vigorously.
POUR into a prepared glass, and repeat for the next three.
TOP each glass with a desired amount of ginger beer (approx. 4 oz. per glass). Stir & Enjoy!
CUT a slit halfway through a lime wedge and place one on the rim of each glass.
