BBQ Bacon Brie

1 ½ Tbsp. Sweet Onion Sugar
2 Tbsp. Tailgater's Spice Blend
Bourbon Black Walnut Sugar , to taste
½ lb bacon
7 in wheel of Brie cheese (sizes vary)
3 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce
SLICE onion into small slivers.
ADD Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sweet Onion Sugar, and Tailgater's Spice Blend to a skillet. Sautè over medium heat until onions are caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.
SPREAD bacon, making sure the pieces do not touch, across two baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 15-25 mins. (depends on thickness of bacon) or until crispy.
REMOVE from oven and place bacon on paper towels to cool. Chop or break into small pieces.
REMOVE Brie cheese from packaging and place in the center of a non-stick pie pan. Coat top of Brie cheese with BBQ sauce. Spread sautèed onion mixture evenly over the Brie and scatter bacon pieces on top.BAKE at 350°F for 15 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Bourbon Black Walnut Sugar.
