1 TBSP of Hibiscus Flower Tea
1 TBSP of fresh lemon juice
4 oz sparkling water
Mint sprig, optional garnish
HEAT filtered water to 200°F.
STEEP 1 Tbsp Hibiscus Flower for 5 minutes. Strain. Let cool and chill tea in refrigerator.
MEASURE out 4 ounces of steeped tea.
POUR tea and 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice in a shaker and shake.
POUR tea and lemon juice combination into a glass over ice.
TOP with Sparkling Water.
GARNISH with fresh mint.
