Summary
    3/4 tsp. Baker's Spice Blend
    1 tsp. Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
    Cinnamon Sticks - Korintje, for garnishing
    ¼ cup of filtered water
    1 - 12 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1 - 15 oz. can cream of coconut
    2 egg yolks
    1 ½ cup white rum

    15 mins.
    Cook Time
    10 mins.

    25 mins.

    8 servings
    BOIL water and add Baker's Spice Blend and whisk. Remove from heat and freeze form15 mins. or until cooled.
    POUR all milk components and cream of coconut into a large mixing bowl and stir.
    ADD 2 egg yolks to milk and whisk. Add rum, vanilla, and cooled Baker's Spice Blend water. Stir until well combined.
    SERVE cold and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
