    COMBINE Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lamb & Pork Seasoning, Olive Sea Salt, and Pirate's Bite Spice Blend and set aside 15 mins. for flavors to bloom.
    DRAIN olives. Combine with orange zest and put into a re-sealable jar. Pour seasoned olive oil over olives and add additional olive oil to cover.
    SEAL and let stand at room temperature for at least 8 hrs before serving or refrigerate for up to a month (olive oil will get thick and cloudy). Bring to room temperature before serving. Alternatively, spoon into a shallow pan and warm gently over low heat.
