PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, TSTE® Baker's Spice Blend and salt. Set aside.
IN a medium bowl, cream together butter and white sugar.
ADD pumpkin, egg, and 1 tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract to butter mixture, beat until creamy.
MIX in dry ingredients.
DROP on ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful. Flatten slightly. Bake for 15 to 20 mins. Cool cookies, then drizzle glaze with fork.
MAKE glaze. Combine confectioners' sugar, milk, 1 TBS melted butter and 1 tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract. Add milk as needed, to achieve drizzling consistency.
