From TSTE®3 tsp TSTE® Baker’s Spice Blend2 tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract, dividedFrom the Grocer2½ cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda½ tsp salt½ cup butter, softened1½ cups white sugar1 cup canned pumpkin puree1 egg2 cups confectioners' sugar3 TBS milk1 TBS melted butter
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, TSTE® Baker's Spice Blend and salt. Set aside.IN a medium bowl, cream together butter and white sugar. ADD pumpkin, egg, and 1 tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract to butter mixture, beat until creamy. MIX in dry ingredients.DROP on ungreased cookie sheet by the tablespoonful. Flatten slightly. Bake for 15 to 20 mins. Cool cookies, then drizzle glaze with fork.MAKE glaze. Combine confectioners' sugar, milk, 1 TBS melted butter and 1 tsp TSTE® Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract. Add milk as needed, to achieve drizzling consistency.
