This popular spice mix, also known as shichimi togarashi, is used daily, much as Americans use salt and pepper. The term Shichimi means "seven" while Togarashi means "pepper" hence translating to "seven-spice" seasoning. Try the renowned Japanese pepper blend! This seasoning is loaded with flavor as well as heat. Use as a zesty substitute for cayenne. Add flavor to seafood and stir-fry.
