Easy Chimichurri Sauce
1 oz Chimichurri Spice Blend
2 Tbsp vinegar (white, apple cider, sherry, champagne)
2 Tbsp water
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Combine spice blend, vinegar and water to a small bowl. Set aside 15 minutes to rehydrate.
2. Whisk in olive oil.
Suggested Sauce Uses:
Use as a topping for cooked meats and vegetables, burgers and sandwiches; mix with pasta and salads.
