Carne Asada is grilled and sliced beef prepared with a seasoned marinade and seared to impart a charred flavor. In Spanish, asado means "roast" - referring to not only the cooking technique but also the barbeque or social event at which it is served. Our Carne Asada spice blend is the key to this classic Mexican dish and other favorites including tacos, fajitas, nachos, burritos, and even fries or steak & eggs.
HOW MUCH TO USE?
As a general guideline:
2 Tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of ground meat.
1 Tablespoon of seasoning per 1 pound of whole protein.
*such as steak, filet, loin, tenderloin, chicken, and seafood
Use more or less depending on preference.
