Matcha Fondue

½ tsp. Sweet Matcha
¼ cup almond milk
10 oz. white chocolate baking bar, broken into pieces
Sliced seasonal fruits
(suggestions: strawberries, bananas, mangoes, kiwi)
Pretzel sticks (optional)
POUR milk into a double boiler bowl and bring to a light simmer.

SLOWLY add white chocolate into milk and stir until melted.

ADD Sweet Matcha into mixture and stir until well blended.

DIP fruits and pretzels into the matcha chocolate and place on parchment paper.

REFRIGERATE for 15 mins. or serve hot, like fondue.
