These no bake, quick-n-easy delectable bites are a perfect mid-afternoon snack to keep you going without the jittery side effects.
Beet Root Powder, for garnishing
½ cup raw organic honey
3 Tbsp. water
1 cup protein powder
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup chocolate chips, cranberries, or your favorite mix-in.
COMBINE all ingredients except for Beet Root Powder into a large mixing bowl, then spoon out small amounts and roll into bite-sized balls on wax paper.
EMPTY remaining Green Tea Matcha Single into a shallow bowl, and add Beet Root Powder to a separate bowl.
LIGHTLY roll matcha bites in both bowls to create a colorful garnish!
FREEZE 3-4 bites together in small wax paper segments for easy grab-and-go snacking! Thaws in mins.
