Maple Syrup - Granulated

Also known as maple sugar, these granules come from dehydrated maple syrup and make a rich and wonderful substitute for white or brown sugar. Use in all types of baking recipes, or simply sprinkle onto ice cream, desserts, fruit salads, yogurt parfaits, or oatmeal. The granules have many similar properties to that of honey!



Spice Fun Fact: It takes 30-50 gallons of sap to make one gallon (11 pounds) of maple syrup, which can be used to produce eight pounds of maple candy or sugar.
