Summary

    1 Tbsp Mandarin Spritz Tea

    8 oz filtered water

    1 cup of ice

    2 oz Aperol Aperitivo

    2 oz dry Prosecco

    1 oz (a splash) sparkling water

    Orange wedge, as garnish

    Prep Time

    15 mins.

    Yield
    1 serving

    HEAT filtered water to 180°F. Steep Mandarin Spritz Tea for 4 minutes. Strain. Let cool.

    MEASURE out 4 ounces of steeped tea and set aside.

    ADD ice to a wine glass until nearly full.

    POUR in Aperol, Prosecco, cooled tea and sparkling water.

    GARNISH with orange wedge. Enjoy!

     

    Serving Suggestion:

    For a less boozy spritz use more sparkling water and less Aperol and Prosecco. For a more boozy spritz use less Aperol and more Prosecco.
