Korean BBQ Rub

A unique blend that is rarely found outside of Asia. Use as a dry rub on any meat, but it's best on white-fleshed fish. Cover during initial cooking to ensure moistness.


Sesame seed, turbinado sugar, soy sauce powder, garlic, kosher salt, Worcestershire powder, onion, white pepper.

    So good you could eat it plain
