    1 infused marinade
    ADD the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a 12 oz. jar or a medium mixing bowl. Whisk in the acid (fruit juice, wine, or vinegar).
    ADD spices, blends, or any additional ingredients. Stir well.
    MARINATE meat or vegetables by placing in a ziptop bag or a non-reactive container and covering with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator until ready to cook. Discard marinade after use.
    PROCEED with cooking as desired.
