Preparation Instructions: Add 1 cup quinoa blend and 2 cups water to pot. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 mins, until grains are cooked through. Remove from heat, let stand 5 mins and fluff with a fork before serving. 1 cup dry yields 4 cups cooked.
